The peg board is a staple of functional fitness WOD's providing you with a dynamic upper body workout. Made to a world class standard, each set includes a 1.8m tall board (3.8cm thick x 30cm wide) and two wooden dowels.

The Seventh Sin design includes 35 staggered holes with 6 easy mounting holes.
