How to return an existing item?  

Please email team@seventhsin.co.nz detailing why the item is being returned and include a returns form (available here). Please include if you would like a refund, or in the case of a manufacturers defect, a replacement item. Your order number must be included for reference.

From the receipt of purchase, we offer a 14-day return on any item in your order. To qualify for a refund your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We, unfortunately, do not offer refunds should the 14-days pass.

The cost of return lies with the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Seventh Sin Fitness.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your product return, this is dependent on the postal service and your location. Once received the item will be inspected and processed. You will receive an email following this detailing the actions Seventh Sin will take.

Any refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. In the case of a manufacturers defect we will issue you with a replacement item, if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement you will be refunded for your purchase and contacted via email.

All goods will be inspected on return. Any item not in its original condition will be sent back to you at your cost, or refunded at a percentage of the original value, this is at the discretion of Seventh Sin Fitness.

 

Restocking Fee

If the goods are returned to us in a used state, we may still issue a refund. However, a 20% restocking fee will apply, this is at the discretion of Seventh Sin Fitness.

All goods are the responsibility of the purchaser until they reach the Seventh Sin premises. We highly recommend that you use a tracked postal service for your returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned items.

 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you are still waiting for a refund to be processed; first check with your bank as it may still be in processing, the next step is to check with your credit card company. It may take a few days for you to receive your refund.

I’ve received a refund but not for delivery charges? 

As the purchaser, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs on returned goods. Seventh Sin will not reimburse you for this cost. Shipping costs as a part of the sale are unable to be refunded as the shipping costs have been transfered to the courier provider upon purchase.

 

I have been refunded the incorrect amount

If we have made an error with your refund please contact our accounts team at accounts@seventhsin.co.nz. If you received a refund but were expecting replacement goods, or vice versa, please get in contact so we can sort this out for you.

Please note, the following will affect the refunded amount:

  • Damaged goods
  • Faulty Goods
  • Discounts at time of sale which may no longer be applicable.
