Proper Use:
The 5kg plates are not designed to be dropped when doing strength training above the hip, unless they are combined with a heavier weight such as 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, and 25kg. Dropping the 5kg plates above the hip will cause cracking and/or breaking. Failure to use under these guidelines will void the product warranty.
